Exchange Policy

I’ve changed my mind after purchasing. Can I get a refund?
I’m afraid not. All goods sold are non-refundable.


Can I get a replacement plate as mine is damaged?
Goods that are damaged upon receipt will be replaced with a new one.
This excludes damage due to negligence on the customer’s part or wear and tear.
Plates that have been used will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.

We will exchange item for item (subject to availability) within 14 days of purchase. Please submit a photo of the item and your receipt to hello.mystoryplate@gmail.com.

Disclaimer: 

- Do note that certain parts of My Story Plate are constructed by hand. Minor
imperfections such as in the hand-cut curvatures of the plate are to be expected.

- Due to the nature of the bamboo fibre material, there may be
spots/blemishes from the pigmentation of the natural material.

- Print quality may vary with each item.
